By urging stakeholders to contemplate the broader perspective and address the root causes of issues, I strive to advocate for a comprehensive approach to problem-solving that transcends conventional collaboration.
To achieve this, it is essential for leaders to dedicate time to harmonize themselves with the system they operate in and tap into their inner equilibrium and wisdom. This, in turn, can enhance the effectiveness of collaboration and problem-solving endeavours.
