Start Close in...
Depending on the complexity of the challenge this may be a one hour meeting or a multi day workshop. In this phase we design a workshop to connect you to your true purpose, identify the critical aspects of the challenge, and then map out all the "moving parts". We provide the workshop design, hold the space and challenge you deeply from outside your world.

Coaching
All team members have deep coaching experience. This includes membership and accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and also training in specific methodologies and approaches (NLP, End of Life, Results Coaching)
Team Intervention
We are often called in to work with a specific team that is facing change or challenge. This is a multi week or month intervention to gather data, understand the dynamics and then work with the team to chart their own solution to remedy the situation.
