Start Close in....
We hold a well founded belief that tackling any issue - personal, team or systemic - requires facing into the reality of the situation you are in. We call this "Starting close in..." after a poem by David Whyte.
At a practical level this means that we engage with you and your people to gather rich information about the current state, then design a workshop process that helps you solve the situation yourself.
This requires the right people to be in the room and a candid and often confronting process of examination.
We explore and seek to map all the forces at play, where there is power, who possesses agency and where the system is working or not.
Following this stage of simplifying the complexity - we then help you chart a strategy, plan or course of action to move in a positive direction.
